• Customers who purchase for the highest amount (in terms of Rs. value) in a single hour during the offer period will receive a free voucher worth Rs. 5,000. There will be one winner per hour of the Offer Period.

What are the conditions to avail the offer or participate in the contest?

• Log in to the platform using your registered Flipkart ID and shop for any desired/ required amount in a single hour of the Offer Period
• Incase of returns or cancellations of the complete or partial order by the Customers, the gift voucher will not be applicable.

When/Where will the winners be announced?

• Winners will be announced at regular intervals on Feb 14, 2018 on the platform, starting at 8:00 AM. The final set of winners for the Offer will be announced between 23:00 Hours on Feb 14, 2018 and 23:59 Hours on Feb 14, 2018.

When will i receive the Gift Voucher?

• Winners will receive the Gift Vouchers via direct email communication to their registered email address on Flipkart on March 16, 2018.

• By participating in this Free Vouchers For Highest Shopper Every Hour (“Offer“), the user (“You“or “Your“) agrees to be bound by:
  • these terms and conditions (“T&C“); and
  • the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on flipkart (“Website“), Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform“), which are owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart“, “We“or “Our“).

OFFER DETAILS

• The Offer will commence at 00:00 hrs on February 14, 2018 and end at 22:59 hrs on February 14, 2018 (“Offer Period“).
• To participate in the Offer You must do/ fulfill the following:
  • Age must be 18 years or above;
  • Must have a valid account on the Platform and log into the same;
  • Log in using the registered Flipkart address and shop for any amount during the Offer Period, any number of times, as may be desired/ required by you
• If You have made multiple orders during a single hour, then the order with higher value will be considered if eligible for this reward.
• The highest shopper (in terms of order value) in each hour of the Offer Period will be recognized as Winner and will receive Gift Cards (“GC”) worth Rs. 5,000 (“Prize”).
• The Winners will be announced at regular intervals starting from 8:00 AM on Feb 14 on the Platform.
• The details of the GC will be sent to the registered email id of the Winners on March 16, 2018.
• You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorised persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.
• Winners who cancel all their orders placed during the Offer Period will no longer be eligible to claim the Prize. In case of such an event, the next highest shopper (in terms of value) for that particular hour of the Offer Period will be recognized as the Winner and will receive the Prize.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Prizes shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart and are not transferable.
