ABOUT THE OFFER

1. Offer Period: 29th April 2018 to 28th May 2018
2. Place your next 2 cashless orders on www.amazon.in or its mobile application/site thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”) using Amazon Pay balance, Debit/Credit cards, Netbanking or UPI during the Offer Period and get 10% off up to INR 100 per transaction.
   a) Customer will get 10% (up-to INR 100) cashback as and when he/she will complete first electronic transaction
   b) Customer will get 10% (up-to INR 100) cashback for second transaction only if there are no POD (Pay on Delivery) orders between first and second electronic transactions.
3. Maximum of two orders are eligible for the offer, in the offer period.
4. The customer will receive the cashback in the form of Amazon Pay balance, which would be credited to their Amazon.in account within 10 days of the order date.
5. The total cashback is subject to a maximum sum of Rs.100 for each order. Thus a customer who places two consecutive orders within the Offer period using Amazon Pay balance, Debit/Credit cards, Netbanking or UPI can get a maximum cashback of Rs. 200.
6. To avail cashback for the Second Transaction, such Second Transaction needs to be paid for immediately after the First Transaction using Amazon Pay balance, Debit/Credit cards, Netbanking or UPI. In other words, if there is a POD (Pay On Delivery) transaction between the First Transaction and the Second Transaction, the customer will not be entitled to cashback for the Second Transaction;
7. UPI is applicable only on Mobile.
8. Any transaction with multiple payment modes will be eligible for this Offer.
9. Offer is valid on equated monthly instalment transactions.
10. The Offer is not valid on purchase of Amazon Gift Cards, Amazon Pay Balance, gold coins, RBL bank cards, bank cards (such as RBL and ticket compliments GCs), annual Prime membership, precious jewelry and/or Samsung mobile and tablet devices (except for Samsung Galaxy On5 Pro and Samsung Galaxy On7 Pro mobile devices), mobile recharges, utility payments, tickets (travel, movie and event) and hotel bookings.

Terms & Conditions

1. This offer (“Offer”) is funded by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”) and made available by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”) on the website www.amazon.in and the mobile site and mobile application thereof (collectively “Amazon.in”).
2. These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Terms & Conditions applicable to Amazon Pay Balance and the Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice of Amazon.in, to which you agree to by using Amazon Pay Balance / Amazon.in, as the case may be. In the event of any conflict between such terms and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms shall prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.
3. You may only avail this Offer if you are: (a) a person resident in India; (b) 18 years of age; (c) have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in; and (d) have a billing address in India.
4. This Offer will commence on April 29, 2018 and will continue till May 28, 2018 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”), unless extended or revoked by Amazon or ASSPL at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without any liability.
5. This Offer is only available to select customers that have been so determined and selected by Amazon, which determination is based on the criteria, including: (i) pre-payment rate of the customer; (ii) cards saved by the customer in his/her Amazon.in account; (iii) frequency of usage of electronic payment methods by the customer; and/or (iv) number of orders placed in the past on Amazon.in (each an “Eligible Customer”). In other words, only an Eligible Customer is entitled to avail this Offer and the benefits under this Offer. This Offer will be made available only to the Eligible Customers at the time of making payment for their order on Amazon.in.
6. During the Offer Period, to avail this Offer the Eligible Customer must undertake two consecutive purchase transactions on Amazon.in of any product(s) (other than the ineligible/ excluded products as mentioned in Clause 7 below) and choose to pay for such purchase transactions using any electronic payment method. “Electronic Payment Method” includes all payment methods except POD (“each such transaction is hereinafter referred to as “Transaction” and collectively as “Transactions”). Amazon Cashback
7. The benefit under this Offer shall be cashback to the tune of 10% of the Transaction value upto a maximum of INR 100, per Transaction (“Benefit”). The Benefit will be provided in the form of Amazon Gift Cards redeemable as Amazon Pay Balance in the Eligible Customer’s Amazon.in account. Amazon Gift Cards are issued Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited and are subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
8. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Offer Terms, this Offer is not applicable on the purchase of the following: (i) Amazon Gift Card; (ii) Amazon Pay Balance; (iii) gold coins; (iv) RBL bank cards; (v) bank cards (such as RBL and ticket compliments GCs); (vi) annual Prime membership; (vii) precious jewelry; (viii) Samsung mobile and tablet devices except for (a) Samsung Galaxy On5 Pro, and (b) Samsung Galaxy On7 Pro; (ix) mobile recharges; (x) utility payments; (xi) ticket bookings; and (xii) hotel bookings.
9. In case the Transaction includes the ineligible/ excluded products (as mentioned in Clause 7 above), the Benefit will only be provided in relation to the eligible products. Amazon Cashback
10. In the event the order is returned by the Eligible Customer or cancelled by the Eligible Customer, seller or Amazon, for any reason whatsoever, the Transaction will not qualify for this Offer and the participation of the Eligible Customer will be deemed withdrawn.
11. The Transactions must be undertaken consecutively in accordance with these Offer Terms and there should be no intervening POD transaction.
12. An Eligible Customer shall receive the Benefit under this Offer only once per Transaction during the Offer Period. Amazon Cashback
13. The Benefit for each Transaction will be credited in the Amazon.in account of the Eligible Customer within 10 calendar days from the day of completing the Transaction, as required under these Offer Terms, in accordance with Section 5 above.
14. Amazon or ASSPL reserves the right to disqualify a customer from the Benefit of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.
15. Under no circumstances, will the Benefit under this Offer be provided in cash by Amazon or ASSPL.
16. By participating in this Offer, every customer expressly agrees that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that he/ she may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer.
17. Any query / issues regarding the Offer will be entertained by Amazon only till June 15, 2018. Post such date, Amazon will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer or the Benefit under this Offer, from any person. Amazon Cashback
18. Amazon or ASSPL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all and/or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
19. Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by Amazon or ASSPL to conduct further, similar or other offers.
20. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
21. Any Eligible Customer is not bound in any manner to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a ‘best effort basis’. Amazon Cashback
