PRELIMINARY Flipkart Spot and Win Contest

• By participating in Spot the Difference (“Contest”), the user (“You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by:
  • these terms and conditions (“T&C”); and
  • the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards www.flipkart.com/account/giftcard and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on www.flipkart.com (“Website”), Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which are owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”, “We” or “Our”).

OFFER DETAILS

• Users will be able to participate in this Contest starting from 00:00 hrs on August 22nd, 2018 and till 23:59 hrs on August 23rd, 2018 (“Contest Period”).
• To participate in the Contest You must do/ fulfill the following: Flipkart Spot and Win Contest
  • Age must be 18 years or above;
  • Must have a valid account on the Platform and log in using the same on the Flipkart Mobile App only (the Contest will not be available for participation on the Flipkart Website or Flipkart Lite);
• You will need to login to the Flipkart Mobile App using your registered Flipkart email address and click on the Spot the Difference banner during the Contest Period.
• You will need to enter a numerical response to the question prompted on the Spot the Difference page.
• Winners will win 10% discount upto INR 150 on select Personal Care, Toys, Baby Care merchandize, which will be sponsored by Supercomnet, Retailnet, Omnitech Retail and/or TechConnect, depending on the merchandize.
• Winners will receive an in-app notification on August 25th once the reward is configured for them. Flipkart Plus members who have participated and won the contest will receive an in-app notification on 24th August post 21:00 hours.
• Winners will be able to redeem the discount from 00:00 hours to 23:59 hours on 25th August & (“Redemption Period”) . Flipkart Plus members who have participated and won the contest will be able to redeem from 21:00 hours 24th August to 23:59 hours on 25th August.
• You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorised persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• This Offer is valid only in India.
• The Offer is open to only end consumers and not the resellers of the Products.
• Prizes shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart and are not transferable.
