The Flipkart Mobile App, owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Flipkart“) is offering a chance to 50 (fifty) Participants each day of the Offer Period to win a Moto Deck Bluetooth speaker (“Offer“) to Participants who upgrade the Flipkart Mobile App during the period from 00:00 hours 23 September, 2016 to 23:59 1st October, 2016 (“Offer Period”). Participation is subject to the terms of this Policy mentioned below (“Policy“).

1. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record does not require any physical or digital signatures.
