T&C for Pre-Booking Big Bazaar E-GV

1. Pre-Booking Offer Period: 31st July’21 – 08th August’21 (Both days inclusive).
2. HDFC Bank Card holders will get Big Bazaar eGift Voucher worth ₹3000 on pre-booking the Mahabachat e-EV offer. This pre-booking of eGift Voucher has to be done using HDFC Bank Credit/Debit Card only, both in stores and on shop.bigbazaar.com.
3. Maximum 1 transaction per card is eligible for additional Cashback Only First Eligible transaction during the offer period will be considered for HDFC Bank Cashback irrespective of whether booking is done online or in store. These eGift Vouchers can be redeemed both in-store & online during the Mahabachat period i.e, 7th to 15th August.
4. HDFC Bank Cardholders will get additional 7.5 % Cashback on the said pre booking eGift Voucher of Big Bazaar. Cashback will be credited by HDFC Bank on or before 30th November’21.
5. Card holders will have to contact HDFC Bank directly for any non-credit of the cashback post 30th November ‘21 and Future Retail will not be responsible for any non-receipt of cashbacks. 6. Maximum -cashback applicable is Rs.500/- for Credit Card and Rs.250/- for Debit Card per transaction.
7. In order to avail the Cashback, the total payment for the purchase needs to be made using an HDFC Bank Debit/Credit Card.
8. The Cashback is applicable on a single transaction and bills cannot be clubbed to avail the Cashback.
9. Offer is valid on transactions done on active HDFC Bank Debit /Credit Cards only.
10. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other bank/card scheme offer.
11. Offer is subject to availability of products at the sole discretion of Future Retail Limited.
12. The offer will be valid during the promotion period only which will be at the sole discretion of Future Retail Limited (FRL) & HDFC Bank.
13. FRL & HDFC Bank retains the right to change or discontinue the offer at any time during the promotion period without prior notice.
14. All Customer Queries/dispute on the offer should be raised within 3 days from invoice date. For any disputes, the customer needs to furnish a scanned copy of the charge slip and Invoice for the case to be taken for further investigation.
15. The decision of HDFC Bank & FRL will be final and binding on all and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
16. FRL and HDFC Bank reserve the right at any time, without notice, to add/alter/change/ or vary any or all of these terms and conditions or to replace, entire or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
17. HDFC Bank will not be responsible or liable in case the offer is not configured or could not be availed due to malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website.
18. The participation in the offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholders shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
19. HDFC Bank & FRL reserves the right to modify / alter all or any of the terms applicable to the offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
20. In case of all matters relating to the offer including any dispute or discrepancy relating to the offer or eligibility of any Cardholder, HDFC Bank’s decision shall be final and binding on Cardholders in all respects.
21. The terms and conditions governing the offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Debit Card /Credit card issued by HDFC Bank.
22. HDFC Bank only offers Cashback on purchase of goods and services of the Merchant/FRL. HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered/sold by the Merchant.
23. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the Customer with the Merchant directly without any reference to HDFC Bank. Additional Cashback offered by the HDFC Bank is solely for promoting usage of HDFC Bank Debit/Credit Cards.
24. HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Card Holder/s under the offer.
25. HDFC Bank reserves the right to disqualify any cardholder from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
26. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the offer shall be borne solely by the cardholder and HDFC Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.
27. The offer is not available wherever prohibited and products/ services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
28. HDFC Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements to intimate the successful Cardholders about the Cashback under the offer.
29. Any person taking the advantage of this offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
30. Any dispute relating to the offer or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only.

Terms and conditions for Mahabachat e-Voucher:

1. Future Retail Limited (Company) is coming up with Big Bazaar pre-booking Mahabachat e-voucher(“MEV”) scheme, the same will be issued from 31st July 2021 to 8th August 2021 (“Issuance Period”)
2. Redemption of the said Voucher (MEV) will be allowed only from 7th August to 31stAugust 2021(“Redemption Period”)
3. Customers will be eligible for Mahabachat offer of 5kg Atta, 1kg Dal and 1 kg Chawal (Free Products) on redemption of MEV only from 7th August to 15th August 2021 (Mahabachat Redemption Period).
4. MEV shall be available for purchase to Customer on shop.bigbazaar.com or onprebook.bigbazaar.com (websites/app) during the issuance period only.
5. MEV will also be available for purchase at Big Bazaar (stores) during the issuance period.
6. Customer will receive e-voucher (MEV) on Customers mobile no. with total value of Rs.3000 upon paying Rs. 3000 /- at stores or on app/ website.
7. Customer will be eligible for the Mahabachat offer of ‘Atta, Dal aur Chawal Free’ only when they purchase the MEV during the issuance period and redeem the same during Mahabachat redemption period, as mentioned above.
8. Customer to ensure that the mobile number shared for voucher issuance is accurate and the voucher will be issued only on the mobile number shared by customer during billing/ voucher booking. Company will not be responsible in any way for any losses due to inaccurate mobile number given by customer during booking/ billing.
9. MEV has to be redeemed in full. Partial redemption is not allowed. MEV cannot be exchanged for Cash or Cheque. MEV cannot be revalidated once expired.
10. MEV is not valid on purchase of Baby Food and Cigarettes. Quantity restrictions apply on purchase of oil, ghee and sugar during Mahabachat and are subject to change at the sole discretion of the company.
11. MEV can be redeemed at Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar & Hypercity stores only.
12. No other offer can be clubbed together while redeeming the MEV
13. Cash Refund / Credit Notes will not be allowed for the transaction in which MEV is redeemed
14. This voucher (MEV) is equivalent to a bearer tender. Once redeemed the same cannot be reused under any circumstance.
15. MEV is valid for redemption till 31st August 2021 after which the un-used MEV will lapse and cannot be used. However, the Free Products will not be issued for redemption of MEV after 15th August 2021
16. Mahabachat - Atta, Dal aur Chawal Free offer terms and conditions for store/ shop.bigbazaar.com apply for redemption of the MEV and this offer is valid till stocks last. Customers to refer Mahabachat- Atta, Dal aur Chawal Free T&Cs for further details.
17. In case of any dispute, the decision of Future Retail Limited (Company) will be final & binding. Litigation, if any, is subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai
18. Company reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms & conditions applicable to this offer at any time or suspend the offer completely
19. Company reserves the right to disqualify any person/ voucher from the benefits of the offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified

Terms & Conditions Mahabachat 2021 – Atta, Dal aur Chawal Free

1. Offer is valid from 7th August to 15th August 2021 at shop.bigbazaar.com/prebook.bigbazaar.com
2. In order to be eligible for this offer, customer must purchase the Mahabachat e-voucher (“MEV”) between 31st July 2021 to 8th August 2021 (“Issuance Period”) from Big Bazaar stores or website/ App.
3. Customer can avail this offer by redeeming the MEV between 7th August to 15th August 2021(“Redemption Period”) at shop.bigbazaar.com / prebook.bigbazaar.com
4. Customers who purchase products worth Rs. 3000 & above on shop.bigbazaar.com/prebook.bigbazaar.com during the redemption period using the MEV will only be eligible for Free 5kg Atta, 1kg Dal aur 1 kg Chawal (Free Products).
5. Eligible customer will be issued the Free Products only during delivery of their order.
