3. How and when the winners will be selected?

There will be up to 3 winners. The 1000th, 2000th and 3000th participants with the right answer will be selected as winners. 1. This Contest (“Contest”) is being run and sponsored by RetailNet (“Seller”) on Flipkart mobile app and site only (“Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”, “We” or “Our”).
2. By participating in this Contest, the user (“Customer”, “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by:
   • these terms and conditions (“T&C”); and
   • the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards (here) and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform

To participate in the Contest, You must do/ fulfill the following:

6. Decision of Seller/Flipkart shall be final in the selection of the Winners and Participants cannot dispute or challenge the decision under any circumstances.

General Terms & Conditions

1. This Contest is valid only in India
2. The Contest is open only to the end consumers and not the resellers of the Eligible Product(s).
3. Contest is non-transferable and is subject to availability of stocks. The Prize shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart and are not transferable.
4. This Contest is being run by Brand on Flipkart Platform.
5. Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Contest. Any participation is voluntary, and the Contest is being made purely on a best effort basis.
6. Flipkart/Seller, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify You from the Contest and/or the benefits of this Contest, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Contest.
7. The Contest shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Contest may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Brand and/or Flipkart.
8. Flipkart/Seller shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Contest.
9. Flipkart does not endorse the products sold on the Platform and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of Product(s). Flipkart shall not be responsible towards any delay or failure of delivery of the Product to any Customer(s) during the provided timeline.
10. Customer understands that this Contest and other offers are provided by the Seller on the Flipkart platform and Flipkart shall not be liable towards the quality of the Product and/or fulfilment of the Contest and/or warranty claims and/or after sales services of the Product(s) and/or taxes arising out of the same. Any claim or dispute in relation to the same must be directed towards Brand only.
11. This Contest is neither created/owned nor sponsored by Flipkart. Flipkart shall not be responsible if this Contest is in violation with any applicable law.
12. Customer hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions and privacy policy and other documents as may be applicable to him/her while accessing the Platform also to indemnify and keep Flipkart and the Seller harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart/Seller as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C and other terms of the Platform by Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on Customer’s part.
13. This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
14. Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Contest from any customer/persons.
15. Any query regarding this Contest will be entertained only till 30th Oct, 2020. Post such date Flipkart/Seller will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Contest from any persons.
16. The Contest shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
17. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.
