The best washing experience by the best Brand

I have been using this machine for over a year now and I have not faced a single issue. The 100 + wash programs makes life easy and the clothes look new and fresh even after multiple washes. The pet hair removal feature works like magic and the pedestal serves as a good storage area for detergent bottles etc. Slightly high priced but overall its worth every penny. This is my second IFB washing machine and IFB as always has lived up to the expectations.

Washing machine was deliverd in time but we have to shell additional 5000 for stabilizer, water softener and for pipe fitting service person do. Product is good but the buttons were not touch and it doesn't show about of detergent to be added as shown in video at IFB website.

Product shown different and delivered a different product

The product delivered was completely different from what was ordered. In fact the picture on the bill itself is totally different from what has been delivered.

I understand the market price is much lower without a pedestal, this was informed over phone and later by email but no concrete action has been taken so far.
