Dilevery was prompt.But no contact from Fiber installation guyz.Promised installation day was today,but didn't take place.Kindly help.Removing 3 stars due to failed installation attempt.will keep posted once installation is done.

Decent product
Prompt delivery in time.Thanks to flip cart.But no one came to install it. I have installed it myself. So, why did you say that the demo and installation completed successfully?Chimney works nicely but the service was not done by you.

Don't waste your money
First time got faulty product. Placed a replacement request. Again got a non working product. But somehow my electrician fixed that after opening the circuit. Not reliable brand to suggest. Ignore Faber chimney.

I NEVER BUY FABER PRODUCTS IN MY LIFE !!!!!
I have come to the above conclusion because of the bad installation process, installation guy attitude and approach.
The installation person Mr.Manjunath who had come was not at all customer centric,
For installing the above chimney, he suggested to call the carpenter for cutting the small piece of wood from the kitchen rack.
The paper hood which came along with the product was useless, the installation person asked us to seperately buy the aluminiu...

Wonderful
Works well and sound is also low. Value for the money.
1 star is less because 1) Faber came for installation after 8 days eventhough everything is ready at our side. 2) 60 cm and 90 cm models there is no difference in baffle filter , motor etc except top backing plate length.

Classy product

I just received this product.. it's looking beautiful .. I have just plugged in for testing it is working as per my expectations. Guys u really don't need a technician for installation of this chimney.. just need to make two hole for the stand and plug in.. your chimeny is ready to use.
