Just okay

It's a nice oven with a regular life cycle of 2-3 years before something breaks down. Why I m saying abt its life cycle z because I have used this model before and hence bought it again so that if any spare part will be required in future can easily be replaced. The spare parts are not easily available in Patna, Bihar.

Could be way better

Product is good to go for this price but the only problem i face is it make lot of noise, i have used Samsung Microwave they do not make noise..... and better to go for Samsung or IFB. This MW sounds like juicer grinder.

Terrible product

The promised In The Box Bowls (3) and Spoon (1) were not delivered and Flipkart also does not take any responsibility for the part delivery. There is no step taken to make good the delivery that was incompletely made.

Waste of money!

I bought this product on 19th of October as a gift to my mother. She doesn't use the appliances that much but she was excited for this one as this will definitely help her to re heat the food without spending much time in the kitchen. I bought her so that she couldn't stand for long. It was not even 15 days and it stopped heating. I called in the service center and they said that some element is not working and will change it in 2 days. its been more than couple of days, he never showed up....

Useless product

This is not my first whirlpool product. The day I have purchased this product received a broken product. There was an alignment problem. After some days it started making some weird noise. reported this problem in March in the whirlpool customer care service. It's been July I still haven't got a replacement. Each time I call they keep telling me they are solving this issue within 7 days... It's literally frustrating.
