Fake sale
Quite a scam going on here. Bought this on sale, left it in the box for days so the installation chap could remove it and install it when he finally decided to turn up. Now by this point the sale was almost over and apparently the microwave was out of stock. Turns out the company sent it with two legs missing so the microwave is tilted to one side and un-levelled. Installation chap says ask Flipkart to send you the two legs and screw them on when they come Or ask for a replacement if they can...

Utterly Disappointed
no complaint with the product though.. the guy who came for installation and demo was in such a hurry, he hardly had time to tell anything about the product. I believe Flipkart should take good care of the service aspect as well and fix such issues related to third party demonstration.

This review is not about Flipkart whose service was excellent. This is about the quality of the product, Microwave oven of Samsung brand. Just 12 months after the purchase, the mother board stopped working. I had to spend more than Rs 2500 to get a new one because the Samsung service people said that it is not repairable.
