Let me start with cons first as there are many compared to pros.
Cons:
1. Nothing much in the name of starter kit, only a mesh rack and crusty plate given with the oven.
Most of oven brands do provide the utensils as part of starter kit which is also mentioned on the product info.

Perfect product!
With it we got one crusty plate( black color) and grill mesh that's all.
No microwave containers.
We knew this before that we won't get any microwave safe plastic containers like in other microwave, honestly my dad don't believe in plastic containers, hence we use only glass containers.
I have mostly made roasted sandwhich, and it came out to be perfect like a toast.
