🤝 The deal between us
By using IndiaOffers.in, you agree to these terms. Don't worry — we've kept them short, human and fair. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, the kindest thing we can say is: please don't use the site (but we'd rather you stayed 💛).
🏷️ What we are (and what we're not)
We're a deals discovery platform. We hunt, verify and showcase deals, coupons and bank-card offers from stores across India. We are not a seller — when you grab a deal, your purchase happens on the store's website (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and friends), under their terms, prices, payments, delivery and return policies.
⚡ Prices move fast — please double-check
Loot deals are like shooting stars: dazzling, and sometimes gone in minutes. We verify every deal when we post it, but prices, coupons, stock and card offers can change or expire at any moment without notice. So, sweetly but clearly: always verify the final price on the store's page before you pay. The price at the store's checkout is the only one that counts.
🙅 What we can't take responsibility for
We put our heart into accuracy, but everything on IndiaOffers is provided "as is", in good faith, and without any warranties. As much as we'd love to control the whole internet, we can't — so we are not responsible or liable for:
- Price changes, expired deals, dead coupons or out-of-stock products.
- Anything that happens on a third-party store — orders, payments, delivery, quality, refunds, returns or disputes.
- Bank-offer eligibility — banks set their own rules on cards, limits and dates.
- Any loss or damage arising from using (or being unable to use) the site or any deal listed on it.
If something does go wrong with a purchase, contact the store first — and feel free to write to us too; we'll always try to help where we can, out of love, not obligation. 💛
📝 Everything you submit is voluntary
Creating an account, submitting deals, sending queries — all of it is 100% voluntary. Share only what you're comfortable sharing. What you do share is protected by our Privacy Policy (spoiler: we never sell your data).
🎯 Partner programme & points
- Submitted deals must be genuine, live and your own find — no spam, duplicates or misleading links.
- Our team reviews every submission; approval and the points awarded are at our discretion.
- Points are a goodwill reward — they have no cash value until we redeem them for you, can't be transferred or demanded, and misuse (fake deals, multiple accounts) forfeits them.
- We may tweak or pause the programme anytime; earned rewards for already-approved deals stay yours.
🔗 Affiliate disclosure
Many outbound links are affiliate links — if you buy, the store may pay us a small commission at no extra cost to you. It never affects which deals we pick; if a deal isn't genuinely great, it doesn't get posted.
🧑⚖️ The formal bits
- All content on IndiaOffers.in (text, design, guides) is ours — please don't copy it wholesale. Sharing links to our deals is always welcome (encouraged, even!).
- Don't misuse the site: no scraping, hacking, spamming or anything that would make your grandmother frown.
- We may update these terms occasionally; continued use means you accept the latest version.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
